Funeral services for Carol Jean French, 71, of Clarksville, IN, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN, with private burial to follow at Eastern Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.  She passed away on December 1, 2017. 

Carol was retired from Baptist East Hospital after 33 years as a Nurse.  She loved to read, spend time in her garden, and loved to dote on her grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mildred LaFuze; sister, Barbara Elleman.

She is survived by her daughters, Amy Herp (Phil) and Amanda French; grandchildren, Zach, Austin, Kiera, and Ashton; and cousin, Janet Buckley.

In lieu of flowers donations should be made to Park Memorial UMC in Jeffersonville.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
