John "Johnny D" Edward Durbin 70; Jeffersonville, Indiana Funeral services for John "Johnny D" Edward Durbin, 70, of Jeffersonville, Indiana will be held at 1 PM, Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Scott Funeral Home on Veterans Pkwy with burial to follow in Bethesda Cemetery in Elizabeth, Indiana. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 10-8 PM and on Thursday after 9 AM at the funeral home. He passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014 at his home. John was born on June 3, 1944 to the late Carl and Alene Durbin. He previously worked at Jeff Boat, was the owner of Durbin Drywall, owner and operator of Johnny D's Bar & Grill in Jeffersonville and proudly served his county in the United States Navy. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Donna M. Durbin; and five siblings, William "Billy" Durbin, Donald Lee Durbin, Philip Durbin, Mary Frances Bube and Doris Jean Durbin. He is survived by his three sons, John T. Durbin and his wife Robin, Jeffrey T. Durbin, Joseph T. Durbin and his wife Linda; five siblings, Jim Durbin, Jerry Durbin, Martha Woodside, Arlene Windell, Judy Frasier; five grandchildren, Piper, Payton and Jessica Durbin, and Jason and Josh Fisher; and two great grandchildren, Colt Durbin and Trevor England.
