Funeral services for Delsie Maye Adams Kiger, 86, of Clarksville, IN, will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, with burial to follow at Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 12 to 8 PM on Thursday and after 9 AM on Friday at the funeral home.  She passed away on November 14, 2017 surrounded by her family. 

Delsie was a 1948 Graduate of Charlestown High School and a lifelong member of Morton Memorial UMC.  She retired as a payroll clerk from General Electric in 1988 and then worked for H&R Block.  She was a Past-Worthy Matron of Bright Star OES, Past-Bethel Guardian of Jobs Daughters Bethel 24 and Past-President of the Optimist Club of Clarksville. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, E. Marshall Kiger; parents, Oscar and Zora Adams; and brother, John Henry Adams.

She is survived by her two daughters, Marsha Baldwin and Betty Ann Powers (Nathan); four grandchildren, Crystal Stroud (Skottie), Christopher Baldwin, Katie Grisham and Elena Powers; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Elsie Harkonen; four nieces and nephews; and many children of the heart.

Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Jobs Daughters Bethel 24.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
