A funeral service for Avery Marie Cook-Greenwell will be on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 11 AM at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9 AM until the time of the service. Avery passed away on January 17, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Avery is survived by her parents, Amanda Cook and Aaron Greenwell; sister, Audrey Cook; maternal grandmother, Tonya Collins; maternal grandfather, Fred Collins; paternal grandmother, Tammy Harvey; paternal grandfather, James E. Greenwell; aunt, Emily Collins; uncles, James Greenwell (Andrea), Scott Greenwell (Rebecca), Josh Greenwell (Pam), Chris Shipman (Madi), and James Shipman; great grandparents, Justin and Mary Vincent, Mary Marino, Janet and Peter Begg, and Vi Geenwell; and many other extended family members.

Memorial contributions may be made toward the funeral expenses or to Norton Children’s Hospital. Envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
