George Ernest Sturms, 62, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on January 30, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

Visitation will be held from 12 PM to 7 PM on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN.  A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. 

He retired from Sud-Chemie Inc. of Louisville, KY after 25 plus years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Pauline Sturms; and sisters, Judy Lincoln and Bonnie Edwards.

He is survived by his daughter, Tonya McMullen (Marc) of Jeffersonville; sisters, Patty Hickman, Linda Smith and Rita Schmitt; and brother, Paul Brian Wellman.
