Catherine "Louise" Underwood, 84, of Clarksville, IN, died March 7, 2018 at Audubon Hopsital.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held from 12 to 8 PM on Sunday and after 10 AM on Monday at the funeral home.

Cathy was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was a member of Eastside Christian Church, Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion, Sellersburg Moose Lodge and the Utica Preservation.  She loved traveling and vacation with her children and family.  She was retired from American Commercial Barge Lines.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Ronald Goforth; parents, Peter and Anna Morrow Lewis; granddaughters, Angela Jacobs and Melissa Crawford; son-in-law, Joseph Boone; and grandson-in-law, Brent Minton.

She is survived by her three daughters, Janie Boone of Charlestown, IN, Linda Finch (Ed) of Clarksville, IN, and Brenda Allen (David) of Charlestown, IN; three grandchildren, Crystal Minton, Paul Finch (Diana) and Bradley Allen (Julie); seven great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Miley Minton, Blake Finch and Braydon Haycraft, Lauren and Kristen Jacobs and Lilyann Allen.
