Obituary of Maxine Mae Jones

Maxine Mae Jones, age 89, passed away April 26, 2018.  She is survived by her daughter Carla (Jones) Sanders; grandsons, Todd (Dawn) of London, KY; Jason of Lanesville, IN; Christopher of Indianapolis, IN; and two great grandchildren, Nathan and Matthew, and her loving partner, Norman Mortus.  Maxine was proceeded in death by her husband Carl Jones and her son-in-law Boyd Sanders.

She worked for Dr. William Yeager of Jeffersonville, IN for 20 years.  She loved country line dancing and Jazzercise.  She enjoyed traveling over the years with Toby Tours.

Visitation will be held at 10am-3:00pm with funeral to follow at 3pm on Thursday, May 3 at Scott Funeral Home at 2515 Veteran’s Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Wellspring Community Church at 705 9th Street SE, Ruskin, FL 33570.
