Obituary of Joseph M Thompson

A funeral service for Joseph M. Thompson, 75, of Louisville, KY will be at 5 PM Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St.  Visitation will be Saturday from 1 – 5 PM at the funeral home.  Joseph will be laid to rest in Valley Cemetery in Taylorsville, KY.   He passed away May 8, 2018 at U of L Hospital. 

Joseph was born November 15, 1942 in Louisville, KY to parents Edward and Helen Thompson.  He is preceded in death by his parents; his son Joseph Johnson; and his sister Barbara Spaulding. 

Survivors include wife, Wanda Sue Thompson, his grandsons, Codey Johnson and Joseph M. Johnson; granddaughters, Robyn Johnson and Lindsey Johnson; stepchildren; Carolyn Caswell, Jennifer Wilson, Dilia Anglea, Cheryl Vannatta and Robert Cahill; great grandchildren, Olivia Johnson, Mercedes and Jayden Johnson; 16 step grandchildren and 23 step great grandchildren.
