Edward “Teddy” Andrew Smith, 35, of Clarksville, IN, passed away on June 21, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville. Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his nephew, Clinton Matthew Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Cheri Smith; step-children, Logan Chapman, Nickolas Swader, and Emma Swader; parents, Neal Smith (Vickie) and Louella Aker; brothers, Tommy Smith, Randy Kalb (Kim), and William Smith; sister, Lauren Burton (Wally); and several nieces and nephews.
