A funeral service for Toni Gale Mattingly, 79, of Jeffersonville, IN will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM and on Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM. She passed away at her home on October 28, 2018 surrounded by her family.

She was loved and will be missed by many family members and friends.

Toni was preceded in death by her mother, Lavonia Smith; father, Lloyd Miller; daughter, Sherrie Lynn Warman; granddaughter, Kelly Ann Applegate; and brother, Lloyd Patrick Miller.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, William Mattingly; two sons, Rick Mattingly and David Mattingly; a sister, Delores Jean Frazier; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
