A funeral service for Martha J. Jackson, 77, of Jeffersonville, IN will be at 12 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN with burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 12, from 12 PM – 8 PM and on Wednesday, March 13, from 9 AM – 12 PM at the funeral home. Martha passed away and God gained another angel on Saturday, March 9, 2019 with members of her loving family surrounding her.

Martha was born on November 11, 1941 to the late Alvia “Buck” and Madge Ross. She was a faithful member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church. She was retired from Greater Clark County School System after serving for 33 years as a cafeteria supervisor. Martha also served as Vice President of GRC Little League. She enjoyed shopping, watching TV, cooking, and taking road trips with her friends. She was very dedicated to her family and loved supporting her grandchildren. Martha also loved spending time with her dog, Max.

Martha is survived by her loving husband, James “Jim” Jackson; sons, Richard “Rick” Jackson (Cathy) and Robert “Robbie” Jackson (Annette); grandchildren, Corey Jackson (Angela) of Newburgh, IN, Craig Jackson of Memphis, IN, Kyle Jackson of Charlestown, IN, and Casey Jackson of Los Angeles, CA.; great-grandson, Vincent James Jackson; brother, Donnie Ross (Francis); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who she dearly loved.
