Obituary of James "Jim" E. Rutherford Jr.

James “Jim” E. Rutherford Jr., 69, of Clarksville, IN, passed away on May 20, 2019 at home surrounded by his family.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN.  Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 PM on Friday and from 12 to 1 PM on Saturday at the funeral home. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, James E. Rutherford Sr. and Elizabeth Rutherford.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Neva Rutherford; two sons, Eric Rutherford (Rachel), and Travis Rutherford (Kara); and five grandchildren, Kate, Jill, Caleb, Jack and Abbi.

In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the Salvation Army and Kindred Hospice.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
