Henry E. Birsa, 60, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at his home. Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation, and he will be laid to rest next to his wife at a later date.

A memorial service for Henry will be at 1 PM on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Fort Logan in Denver, CO. 

Henry was born on January 13, 1959 to Fred and Ruth Birsa. Henry was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving honorably as a Sergeant.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, JoAnn Birsa; and brother-in-laws, Michael Novak and Sam Curkovich.

Left to cherish Henry’s memory are his children, Bernice Boehlen (Ben Winn), Scott Birsa, and Deanne Medina (Sonny); grandchildren, Sydney Medina, Sonny Medina, Jr., Jacob Boehlen, and Braydin Winn; siblings, Ruthann “Birsa” Novak and Julie “Birsa” Elliott (Bob); a host of nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Buddy.
