Obituary of John Leland McLamb
John Leland McLamb, 60, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on August 26, 2019 Clark Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services are private and entrusted to Scott Funeral Home of Jeffersonville, IN.
John was born on December 20, 1958 in Long Beach, CA to the late, John and Nadine McLamb. After graduating from high school he proudly served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed working with his hands, especially on machines and gardening. John was fun loving and cared for all of his family.
John is survived by his longtime partner, Kay his sisters, Catherine (James P. Hardy) McLamb, Betty Joyce (Gus) Gustafason; Johnette (Jamaal) Smith; Jacqueline Walker, Joyce Addison; Sandra (Darnell) Green; and brothers Lester Hardy; Alvin, Clarence(Donnamae), Stanley (Kimberly), Donald and Roger. (Terrilynn) Parks, and his God Mother Willie Mae Maybelle, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and many extended family members. A special thanks to Susie and Her family, for always being there when he needed her the most.
