Obituary of Evelyn M Foster

Funeral services for Evelyn M. Foster, 92, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 6, 2019, at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, with burial to follow in Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12 to 1 PM at the funeral home. She passed away on Wednesday at Clark Memorial Hospital.

She was born September 28, 1927 in Gallatin County, KY, and retired from Colgate Palmolive. She was a member of Sunnyside Assembly of God Church in Jeffersonville.

She is survived by her brother, James Donald (Sandy) Willhoite; her niece and husband, Martin and M. Cynthia Logsdon; her nephews, Timothy (Tammie), Jeffrey (Verna), and Mark; great nieces and nephews include: Erin Farnham (Jerry), Jacob Logsdon (Christen), Eli Logsdon (Allie), Clark Willhoite, Dagan Willhoite, Zoey Willhoite, Samantha Campbell, Hallie Bruce, Jenna Kirmse and several great great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her stepson, Jeffrey Foster (Theresa); and step grandchildren, Chris Elmore, Noah Foster, Katelyn Foster, Jacob Foster, and Levi James.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Leonard E. Foster Jr.; parents, two sisters and a brother.

In lieu of flowers contributions should be made to Sunnyside Assembly of God. Envelope will be available at the funeral home.
