Sherrell V. Smith 78; Louisville, KY Sherrell V. Smith, 78, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2013. Cremation was chosen and Scott Funeral Homes North Chapel in handling the arrangements. He was a retired Msgt from the United States Air Force. He is survived by his two sons, James Smith (Nicole) and Duane Smith (Shelley); a sister, Gerry Pundzak; and seven grandchildren, Kaylee, Kole, Kyla, Klayton, Ryan, Kirsten and Mikayla. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Cathy Smith; and parents, Roy and Rose Smith.
