Obituary of Norma C. Vetter

Norma C. Vetter 81; Jeffersonville A funeral mass for Norma C. Vetter, 81, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Sacred Heart Church in Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 1-8 PM and from 11-1 PM, on Tuesday at Scott Funeral Home in Jeffersonville (2515 Veterans Pkwy). She passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Providence Retirement Home in New Albany. She was born in Louisville, KY, retired from the office of A & P Grocery and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Mary Denner; a son, Kent Vetter; a grandson, Shawn Johnson; a son-in-law, Joe Wheatley; and two sisters, Ethel Denner and Betty Cecil. Norma is survived by two daughters, Susan Wheatley, Jeffersonville, IN; Karen Johnson, Clarksville, IN; a son, Mark Vetter and his wife Sara, Jeffersonville, IN; seven grandchildren, Billie Johnson, Salem, IN; Jereme Johnson, Clarksville, IN; Aren Capps and her husband Tim, Jeffersonville, IN; Craig Wheatley and his wife Amy, Jeffersonville, IN; Angie Hart, Florida; Michael Vetter and his wife Victoria, New Orleans, LA; Elizabeth Vetter, Jeffersonville, IN; and ten great grandchildren.
